OCS Karts Clone/Predator/206 Rules

(Trophy)

Age: 15+

All karts running Clone engines must follow NKA Clone Stock engine rules!
Briggs 206’s must be sealed and meet national 206 rules.

All karts must meet NKA safety guidelines — No Exceptions!

Any protests will be checked for legality!

As most of you know, we have been running Clones, Predator 212s, and 206’s together in the same class and have come up with a set of rules to keep them on the same level. The rules for Predator engines are intended to keep them competitive with the NKA clones and have shown that either engine combination can win.

Predator 212 Engine Rules — Hemi / Non‑Hemi

(All engines must be factory stock unless noted)

  • Header may be used, but must have an RLV B91 or 4104 silencer.
  • Aftermarket air filter and cup may be used.
  • ARC or PVL flywheel may be used but must be no less than 3.4 lbs.
  • 10.8 lb valve springs (green).
  • No machining or porting of heads or block.
  • OEM cam only! (I will check if needed!)
  • No swapping Hemi / Non‑Hemi parts.
  • No billet connecting rods.

ECS General Rules

  • Slicks only
  • Pump gas only — no alcohol/ethanol.
  • No aggressive driving! (Bumping happens, but we all know the difference!)
  • Have good sportsmanship! (It’s go‑karts, not NASCAR.)
  • Have fun!!!!

Weights

  • Predator 212:
    • 330 lbs (shoe clutch)
    • 350 lbs (disc clutch)
  • Clones & 206’s:
    • 350 lbs (shoe clutch)
    • 370 lbs (disc clutch)

11. A child may run this division until they start racing in a kart class. They may not run both.

12. Any infractions of the rules will result in a ban from the class (This would be a fault of the parent, not the child)
